Customer Testimonials:

Livestock Improvement Corporation (LIC):

Shane worked with the Farm Systems group at LIC helping them identify the areas of pain in their development process and then worked with them to make the transition to an adaptive Agile project lifecycle.  Through this transition the Farm Systems group has seen significant measurable improvements in both their time to market and quality of products delivered.   Shane acted as trainer, coach and mentor to the Agile teams, and provided management support to assist in the cultural changes that have resulted in these improvements.

Talking about one session that Shane facilitated, Rob Ford (head of the Farm Systems division) stated:

“We achieved in one day what normally takes us six weeks”.

Animal Health Board

Shane trained and supported the Animal Health Board development team as they applied new practices and approaches to their software development process:

“Shane has provided consultancy/training services on quite a few occasions and has become my preferred consultant due to his knowledge, interaction, the relaxed nature of his training and also his humour.  Outside of these sessions Shane has no hesitation in providing ongoing support, advice or guidance which is extremely beneficial to me and my colleagues.  It is fantastic to have someone of his nature to call on when needed.  I will definitely be using Shane's services again in the future,”  Tina Love

Pronto Software

Shane worked with Pronto Software's development team to help define their Agile practices, and provided training and ongoing support as they applied new ways of working, resulting in measurable productivity improvements.

“Shane is deeply passionate about his role as a trainer and thought leader.  By constantly seeking new knowledge himself, he maintains his value and relevance in a rapidly changing world.  These characteristics mean that he commands a high capacity to inspire others.”  Malcolm Watson
