Phil Jones
Senior Manager, Operations and Finance
Phil is the Senior Manager of Operations and Finance for the Software Education group. This includes the careful balance of improving cost efficiencies while continuing to improve the overall quality of course materials, venues and service for Australian and New Zealand. Prior to joining Software Education over five years ago, Phil held various positions at Danone Dairy, Frucor Beverages and Arthur Andersen in the UK, as well as ANZ National Bank in New Zealand.
Despite initial study in the travel industry, Phil has since developed all-round skills with professional training and experience in Sales, Accounting and Business Management. Phil has lived in London, Brisbane and Wellington, spending time in both of Software Education’s offices, visiting and talking with customers and suppliers, looking for ways to continually improve our offerings, service and quality.
Phil enjoys spending his spare time following the English Premier League (as difficult as it can sometimes be), reading business articles and dabbling in the stockmarket.
