Anja Wever

Anja Wever has over 13 years of international experience in formal Business Systems Analysis and Requirements Engineering. In addition to training, Anja provides senior consultancy services related to Business Analysis and Effective Business Requirements frameworks and methods for Software Education's customers and has published business analysis and Requirements Engineering leading articles through the IEEE.

Anja's numerous and various projects have given her detailed experience working in the Medical, Pharmaceutical, Government, Transport and Financial industries, where she has worked on a variety of systems - from government web-based applications in Sydney to safety-critical systems in England and France using iterative and sequential systems development methods.

Anja is a strong proponent of Agile methodologies and has successfully incorporated its techniques and philosophy within more traditional systems development settings.

With an excellent understanding of the business and systems side of requirements, Anja's main goal when working with customers is to deliver pragmatic solutions that are sustainable. Her business background combined with her detailed understanding of various Systems Development Lifecycle methods enables Anja to deliver effective training and consultancy for Software Education's customers.

Anja is a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) through the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and a sought after speaker at industry events.
